Temp to Hire

This is your opportunity to check out a new employer … get to know the work AND that all important “corporate culture” before making a permanent commitment. Typically this is a 90 days (520 hours) process, one that never involves a fee to you or our Client.

Direct Hire

This client is offering a permanent position. We select qualified candidates from our Talent Bank, provide all relevant information to the client company, coordinate interviews and follow up. The fee is always paid by the hiring company, no exceptions.

Long-Term Projects

The client may not be able to add to their headcount but needs help for an extended period of time or until the hiring freeze is lifted.

Temporary

This situation is defined as an assignment shorter than 90 days. Historically, these placements comprise less than 7% of our overall business.
